Thank goodness a Federal judge has blocked the law that came to be because Gruesome Newsom did not veto the CA AB2098. There are still at least a few judges that have not been bought off by the perpetrators of the nefarious Great Reset plans. Hope it sticks. Below is an article about it. California's Misinformation Law Struck Down

CALIFORNIA BAD LEGISLATIVE BILLS/THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION PANDEMIC TREATY

Okay, we won the fight against some of these tyrannical bad bills that totalitarian CA legislatures wrote. One of the worst of these bills AB2098 made it to our authoritarian Governor’s desk and he did not veto it. He is a HORRIBLE GOVERNOR and I wish we could possibly vote him out on 11-8-2022 but CA being such a SADLY blue state we will probably be stuck with him. He would make a HORRIBLE PRESIDENT AS WELL!

I’m leaving the rest of the information on this category up because there is no doubt that the tyrants that brought these bills forward to try to bring the ones that were shelved back in the future and people need to wake and and see that if we don’t fight for CA, we will lose our most important freedom here. The video below was done before the was made into law but it is really good by Kim Iversen, who is an amazing independent investigative journalist. Bad Bills

The following websites are good for keeping up to date on how some elected officials are working hard to take away hard won freedoms from the American people and the world, using the justification of diseases that are being purposely engineered in laboratories, that in essence many of us help to fund.

2022 CA BAD Bills

A Voice for Choice Advocacy is Actively Opposing the following bills:

SB 866 Minors: vaccine consent (Wiener) – Minor Consent to Vaccination Without Parental Consent: (https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billNavClient.xhtml?bill_id=202120220SB866)
A minor, 15 (was 12) years of age or older, may consent to a vaccine that is approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration and meets the recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) of the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (ACIP) without the consent of the parent or guardian of the minor.  Will create an environment where pharmaceutical companies can coerce minors into getting vaccines with incentives and bribes.  It does not account for minors with exceptional needs who are not capable of making informed medical decisions on their own.
AVFCA Position:  Oppose unless Amended (https://avoiceforchoiceadvocacy.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/AVFCA-SB866-Letter-of-Oppose-unless-Amended-Wiener-Pan-Asm-Amend.pdf)
Status: Passed the Senate Judiciary Committee (7-0-4), full Senate (21-8-11) and Assembly Judiciary Committee (6-4-1).  Was amended on the Assembly Floor (38-22-19).  Can be voted on the Assembly Floor any floor session in August.
Take Action:  Continue to call your local Assembly Member or their staff (https://findyourrep.legislature.ca.gov/) sharing your concerns and asking them to oppose SB 866.  Talk to parents to do the same.

SB866 HAS BEEN PULLED AND IS ON HOLD FOR NOW until the end of August 2022.

SB 1479 COVID-19 testing in schools: COVID-19 testing plans (Pan) – Testing programs for teachers, staff, and pupils: (https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billNavClient.xhtml?bill_id=202120220SB1479)
Require each school district, county office of education, and charter school to create a COVID-19 testing plan that is consistent with guidance from the department and designate one staff member to report information on its COVID-19 testing program to the State Department of Public Health.  It is not inline with current CDC guidelines.  It is unnecessary and with the amendments does nothing that schools don’t already do.  It creates more busy work for schools when they should be focusing their attention and funds on teaching and the education of our children.
AVFCA Position: Oppose unless Amended (https://avoiceforchoiceadvocacy.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/AVFCA-SB1479-Letter-of-Opposition-Pan.pdf)
Status:  Passed Senate Health Committee (9-2-0), Senate Education Committee (5-2-0), Senate Appropriations Committee (5-2-0), full Senate (27-9-4), Assembly Health Committee (11-3-1), Assembly Education Committee (4-1-2), Assembly Appropriations Committee (12-4-0) and full Assembly (55-16-9).  Is on the Governor's desk.
Take Action: Send a postcard to the Governor (https://avoiceforchoiceadvocacy.org/avfca-governor-postcard-campaign)

AB 1797 Immunization registry (Weber) - Modernize California’s Immunization Registry
(https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billNavClient.xhtml?bill_id=202120220AB1797)
Would require all vaccines will be required to be entered into the CA Immunization Registry (CAIR).  Schools and other entities would have access to all vaccine records, rather than just those of their students/patients or the particular vaccines required for school.  Will require all vaccinations for all Californians to be entered into the California Immunization Registry, with no way for private consumers, nor undocumented immigrants, to opt out.  This is the first step to vaccine passports and discriminating people based on their vaccine status.
AVFCA Position: Oppose unless Amended. (https://avoiceforchoiceadvocacy.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/AVFCA-AB1797-Letter-of-Opposition-Weber-Asm-Ed.pdf)
Status: Passed Assembly Health Committee (10-3-2), Assembly Education Committee (5-2-0), Assembly Appropriations Committee (12-4-0), full Assembly (54-20-4), Senate Health Committee (8-1-2), Senate Education Committee (5-2-0) and Senate Appropriations Committee (5-2-0). Can be voted on the Senate Floor any floor session in August.
Take Action: Meet with your local State Senator or their staff sharing your concerns (https://findyourrep.legislature.ca.gov/).

AB 2098 Physicians and Surgeons: Unprofessional Conduct (Low) – MD/DO Misinformation: (https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billNavClient.xhtml?bill_id=202120220AB2098)
Designates the dissemination or promotion of misinformation or disinformation related to the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, or “COVID-19,” as unprofessional conduct. The CA Medical Board already has the ability to discipline doctors for causing harm to patients, under Business & Profession Codes 651, 2234, 2261, and 2262. This bill is duplicative and unnecessary. The CA Medical Board does not currently support this bill.
AVFCA Position: Oppose (https://avoiceforchoiceadvocacy.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/04/AVFCA-AB2098-Letter-of-Opposition-Low.pdf)
Status:  Passed Assembly Business & Professions Committee (12-5-2), Assembly Appropriations Committee (12-4-0), full Assembly (53-20-5), Senate Business, Professions & Economic Development Committee (9-4-1) and Senate Appropriations Committee (5-2-0). Can be voted on the Senate Floor any floor session in August.
Take Action:  Meet with your local State Senator or their staff sharing your concerns (https://findyourrep.legislature.ca.gov/).  Talk to MDs and DOs to do the same.

SB 1419 Health Information (Becker) – Prohibits representatives of minors, age 12 years and older, from inspecting minors’ patient records that relate to sensitive medical services:
Prohibit the representative of a minor from inspecting the minor’s patient record when the records relate to certain services, including medical care related to the prevention or treatment of pregnancy, as specified.  This bill would force California parents to endure the unnecessary burden/cost of litigation in an attempt to subpoena/obtain their child’s medical records in times of emergency or death, potentially causing delayed medical care, prolonged adverse events, or worse.
AVFCA Position:  Oppose unless Amended (https://avoiceforchoiceadvocacy.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/AVFCA-SB1419-Letter-of-Oppose-unless-Amended-Becker-Asm-Health.pdf)
Status: Passed Senate Health Committee (8-2-1), Senate Judiciary Committee (9-2-0), Senate Appropriations Committee (5-2-0), full Senate (28-8-4), Assembly Health Committee (10-3-2) and Assembly Appropriations Committee (12-4-0). Can be voted on the Assembly Floor any floor session in August.
Take Action: Meet with your local Assembly Member or their staff sharing your concerns (https://findyourrep.legislature.ca.gov/).  Talk to parents to do the same.

A Voice for Choice Advocacy has removed our Opposition the following bills because the bills have been adequately amended:

SB 1184 Confidentiality of Medical Information Act: school-linked services coordinators (Cortese): (https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billNavClient.xhtml?bill_id=202120220AB2539)
Health care providers and health care service plans would be authorized to disclose medical information to a school-linked services coordinators.  This was amended to require parental consent prior to the sharing of medical information.
AVFCA Position: Opposition removed due to amendments
Status: Amended

A Voice for Choice Advocacy is Opposing the following bills, but they have been put On Hold (likely defeated, but could be brought back through a gut and amend):

AB 1993 Employment: COVID-19 vaccination requirements (Wicks): (https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billNavClient.xhtml?bill_id=202120220AB1993)
Mandates employers to require each person who is an employee or independent contractor, and who is eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, to show proof to the employer, or an authorized agent thereof, that the person has been vaccinated against COVID-19.
AVFCA Position: Oppose (https://avoiceforchoiceadvocacy.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/AVFCA-AB1993-Letter-of-Opposition-Wicks.pdf)
Status: ON HOLD

SB 871 Public health: immunizations (Pan): (https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billNavClient.xhtml?bill_id=202120220SB871)
DayCare Vaccine - mandates vaccines for school children absent any legislative process, allowing school health directors to add any vaccine to the requirement list moving forward.
AVFCA Position: Oppose unless Amended (https://avoiceforchoiceadvocacy.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/AVFCA-SB871-Letter-of-Opposition-unless-Amended-Pan.pdf)
Status: ON HOLD

SB 1464 Law enforcement: public health orders (Pan): (https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billNavClient.xhtml?bill_id=202120220SB1464)
Requires sheriffs and peace officers to enforce all orders of the State Department of Public Health, or of the local health officer issued, for the purpose of preventing the spread of any contagious, infectious, or communicable disease.  If law enforcement agencies fail to enforce “public health orders” their funding will be diverted to “unelected” public health authorities.
AVFCA Position: Actively Watch/Oppose
Status: ON HOLD

AB 2539 Public Health: Covid vaccination: proof of status (Choi): (https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billNavClient.xhtml?bill_id=202120220AB2539)
Public or private entities requiring members of the public to provide documentation regarding vaccination status for any COVID-19 vaccine as a condition of receipt of any service or entrance to any place can accept a written medical record or government-issued digital medical record in satisfaction of the condition, as specified.
AVFCA Position: Oppose
Status: ON HOLD

Two of the bills listed below have been “shelved” which means they are on the shelf for the future, and we must remain vigilant because they probably will be back. You don’t need to vote on those now. They are: AB1993 and SB920.
